福建理工大学海外教育学院・帕特雷国际工程师学院，是学校深耕开放办学、落实国际化发展战略、推进中外协同与闽台教育融合发展的办学载体与教学单位。学院立足学校“大机电”、“大土木”学科专业优势，坚守“以工为主、理工融合、应用型”办学定位，秉持“特色立院、创新兴院、实效强院”发展理念，统筹开展中外合作办学、闽台合作育人、来华留学生管理等业务，办学布局完备、育人体系多元、发展后劲充足。
学院下设帕特雷国际工程师学院，为我校与希腊帕特雷大学共建的中外合作办学机构（2025年经教育部审批设立）。依托校内各二级学院优质工科专业与师资力量，开设电气工程及其自动化、信息与计算科学、机械设计制造及其自动化土木工程等四个本科专业，培养国际化创新型、复合型、应用型人才。学院持续优化专业结构，将适时增设本科专业，有序布局自主招生硕士项目、博士项目，构建本硕博一体化工科国际化人才培养体系，打造具有福工辨识度的中外合作办学特色品牌。
依托学校艺术学科优势，学院承办意大利都灵美术学院数字媒体艺术本科中外合作办学项目（2025年经教育部审批设立），着力培育兼具国际视野与创新素养的复合型文创人才，丰富学校国际化办学业态。
在闽台教育融合方面，学院统筹管理6个“4+0”闽台合作办学项目，现有全日制在校生近1500名。学生教学及管理归口相关二级学院，办学经费统一规范管理，依托闽台地缘与资源互补优势，深化两岸教育交流交融，赋能青年成长发展。
学院统筹负责来华留学生教育管理工作，负责留学生日常管理，现有留学生30多名，生源覆盖“一带一路”沿线多个国家及地区，包含本科、硕士多层次培养体系，积极打造“留学福工”品牌。学院常态化开展多元文化交流活动，积极弘扬中华优秀文化，用心讲好中国故事。

Brief College Introduction
The School of Overseas Education & Patras International Engineer Instituteof Fujian University of Technology is the university’s core department for international education and Fujian-Taiwan educational cooperation.Centered on engineering disciplines, it follows the development philosophy of distinctive positioning, innovation and practical results, covering Sino-foreign programs, cross-Strait training and international student management.
Patras International Engineer Institute
Jointly founded with the University of Patras, Greece. It offers three engineering undergraduate majors and plans to launch more bachelor, master and doctoral programs to build a complete international engineering talent training system.
Sino-Italian Art Program
Cooperates with Accademia Albertina di Belle Arti di Torinoto run a Digital Media Art undergraduate program for interdisciplinary cultural creative talents.
International Students
Hosts over 30 students from Belt and Road countries at bachelor and postgraduate levels, organizing cultural activities to spread Chinese culture.
